Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At Honey Jewellers, we want you to fall in love with every piece you order. Since our jewellery is handled and carefully inspected before dispatch, please review the details below before placing your order.

Exchange Window
We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email within this window with your order number and a clear photo/video of the item.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Jewellery must be free of any scratches, tarnishing, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Earrings are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons, unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We'll arrange a free replacement or store credit — no questions asked.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Earrings (unless faulty)

Refunds
We currently offer store credit or exchange only — no cash refunds. Store credit is issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Share clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Once approved, we'll share the return address and next steps.
